I've been a Niagara-based professional photographer since 1996, and I've done a little bit of everything over the years with a focus on landscape, portrait & wedding photography. I love capturing people's essence through portraiture. My images express emotions and moments in time, showing the true personality of an individual or family.

My first exposure to photography was in 1993 when hiking through New York State’s Adirondack Mountains. It sparked my true love for landscape and shooting within nature. You will still find me out in the forest or at the waterfront at the crack of dawn, waist-deep in ice-cold Lake Erie to capture the perfect morning light.

My landscapes, which you wouldn't think could portray emotion, often evoke feelings of loneliness, isolation, or serene beauty. Alternatively, I have the magic ability to make images that are sweet, playful, and candid moments of a family in a true documentary style.

When I don't have a camera in hand (which is rare), I can be found cycling, cooking up a storm in the kitchen, hunting down the latest coffee shop, hanging with my two beautiful daughters, or dreaming up my next photoshoot adventure or location.
